Matt went above and beyond in terms of service. He poured a tremendous amount of time and effort into purchasing a dream house. He made sure to help narrow down the right property and spent 5 months getting it under contract. He even put in an offer on Christmas day. He helped negotiate a great deal on the price and negotiated several repairs with the sellers as well that were necessary to close. He was well connected in terms of contractors to help handle several repairs and updates. He took a consultative approach until the very end, to the point where it was clear that he was 100% focused on my needs first and foremost. He was able to provide solid advice in several different areas when it came to buying the new house and in general advice on real estate. I've known Matt for fifteen years, and have worked in the industry myself for several years prior while having purchased several homes myself. We loved working with this gentleman; However we worked with him only about a month because we bought the first home he showed us. He was very thorough, patient and on time in giving all needed information and even responding to our unrelated questioned (out of his work field); he did not mind finding and giving all those info. He suprised us many times with giving us free services which seller did not provide us (carpet cleaning, etc), “Closing day”cake and even follow up after few weeks of moving.
